Job summary

APAC Mississippi / Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead roadway and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and customer relations to ensure profitable delivery.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated leaders who communicate effectively, build strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment guiding resources to project success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, estimating, field engineering, or related role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Roadway, paving, or heavy civil construction experience preferred.
