Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee facility maintenance and manage a large service contract. The position involves directing personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining budgets and schedules.
An ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in engineering or business management, along with at least five years of experience in managing facility maintenance contracts.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facilities. Activities include directing personnel, assigning staff, maintaining budget and deadlines, coordinating with subcontractors, executing scope of work, managing resources, and preparing deliverables. The FM provides program oversight over a large, multifunctional service contract, exercises independent judgment, and uses analytical skills to solve managerial, technical, and administrative problems. Serves as the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative, and agency representatives. The position may coordinate proposal preparation, statements of work, specifications, cost estimation, contract negotiation, and administration. Establishes milestones, monitors adherence to program requirements and schedules, directs performance of procurement, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions, conducts training, and maintains compliance records.
The FM shall possess a recognized four‑year college degree in engineering, business management, or a related field. Minimum five years of experience managing and supervising facility maintenance contracts is required. FM shall have knowledge of codes and standards applicable to facility maintenance services.
