Responsibilities
Leads Industry 4.0 & IIOT projects using sound project management process and principles
Articulate I4.0 business and technical needs and help clients address their pain points around smart factory and manufacturing transformation.
Develops predictive maintenance system using IIOT technologies
Works with the IT team, IIOT suppliers and plant teams to implement upgrades and ensure alignment with the future vision for manufacturing
Responsible to identify and manage all aspects of organizational change required to successfully implement the identified opportunities
Formulate implementation plans for improved business process understanding how and opportunities for improvement.
Provides technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex systems / projects
Required to manage the project to meet Cost, Schedule and Delivery targets
Prepare, lead, and facilitate the interviews/workshops with the stakeholders and subject matter experts associated with the project implementation, change management and other process improvement opportunities.
Prior or current Mechanical or Aero design experience, or current aerospace manufacturing experience
Support active feedback between customer learnings and the RGBSI A&D team to drive improvements
Demonstrated strong time management and project management skills
Partners effectively with RGBSIA&D project and program management and technical team, and customer to deliver according to agreed plans and schedules
Ability to recognize potential risk areas and implement mitigation plans for issues affecting plans and scheduled
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and to initiate actions
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and project requirements effectively
Works with end user groups to evaluate and solve technical problems
Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes
