Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Columbus, IN. This hybrid position is mostly remote, with occasional on-site days required.

You will oversee complex projects across multiple stakeholders, manage schedules, risks, budgets, and ensure timely delivery, with experience in program delivery advantageous. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2–5 years in project management; strong planning, communication, and financial acumen.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $31.11 hourly

JOB SUMMARY:

Hybrid position - Mostly remote, but there are days where onsite work is required.

Required Skills Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, learning/program delivery, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, task and dependency management, risk and issue management, action tracking, and stakeholder accountability.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, expense management, or cost tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global learning, technical capability, talent development, or enterprise development programs.
• Experience with financial systems, procurement processes, purchase orders, invoicing, and internal cost recovery.
• Project management certification or formal project management training.
