Job summary

Dexian is seeking a project coordinator in Wisconsin to manage projects under the supervision of a Sr. Project Manager, ensuring on-time delivery and contractual compliance.

You will oversee budgeting, billing, revenue forecasting, and change orders while coordinating resources and subcontractors to meet client needs. Strong team collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation.
• Windows & MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and Access
• Self-starter, be able to organize and plan work schedules
• Work well in a team environment
• Problem solving, planning and project management skills
• Read contract documents and design drawings to understand the scope of work
• English written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Skill Level - 0 - 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
