Roylo Partners in Columbus seeks a Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of projects from our Columbus office. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure key requirements are met through to completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management or coordination preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Establish milestones, deliverables, and project priorities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Track budgets, resources, and project requirements.
  • Identify risks, delays, and potential issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate project changes and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers when required.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
  • Support project closeout and post-project reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency.

Job description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of projects from our Columbus office. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners to establish project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure key requirements are followed through to completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management software, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
