Role Description

The Project Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from planning through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Project Manager coordinates with expeditors, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered and installed according to plan. Daily tasks include monitoring site progress, managing logistics, resolving issues, conducting inspections, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. The role also involves enforcing safety, quality, and compliance standards while driving projects to completion within schedule and budget constraints.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of commercial construction projects.
  • Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage material orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of resources on site.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management capabilities to oversee supply chain activities, site logistics, and efficient movement of materials and equipment.
  • Relevant qualifications include experience in commercial construction, knowledge of construction contracts and documentation, and proficiency with project management software.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, problem‑solving abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Preferred education and credentials may include a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, and professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent construction management certifications.
