Job summary

Cleveland-Construction is seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Cleveland area. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, Change Orders, and billing, while coordinating architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.

You’ll ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects, drive planning and resource management, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive,
