Job summary

Cleveland Construction in Charlotte, NC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers a competitive salary range and opportunities to work on high-profile hospitality and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent, strong knowledge of building systems and MEP coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of commercial buildings systems and MEP coordination.
• OSHA knowledge required.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensuresafety, quality,and OSHA compliance on all projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project communication.
