Project Manager – Mechanical & Plumbing Construction

Location: Plattsburgh, NY area

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview

An established and growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical, plumbing, and heating projects. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating schedules, budgets, labor, materials, subcontractors, and customer expectations to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical or plumbing construction, excellent project management skills, and the ability to oversee projects of varying size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical, plumbing, and heating construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, labor requirements, material procurement, and cost control.
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

• Estimating or bidding experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Salary range of $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
