Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring progress, and updating stakeholders, clients, and team members. The role involves collaboration with diverse teams and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver successful electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders about project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Liaise with field supervision.
  • Attend and lead project meetings.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, change orders, and closeout documents.
  • Estimate project costs.
  • Address issues, conflicts, or delays promptly, seeking solutions that maintain progress.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Procure and coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, Emque, Riskcast, Toric).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical contracting or engineering.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Practical knowledge of construction processes.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000
