Job summary

Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking a Senior CTS Project Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives across the CTS portfolio and govern project, change, and release management practices.

This role partners with CTS leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to coordinate delivery and strengthen governance. The position reports to the Head of Corporate Systems and drives improvements in delivery standards, change management, and portfolio investments to align with enterprise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or related field.
  • 5–7 years IT experience and 2–6 years PM experience.
  • Proficiency with ITIL Foundation and Agile/Scrum fundamentals.
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor approved change requests for successful implementation and control.
  • Oversee vendor engagements and ensure alignment with CTS goals.
  • Standardize and evolve project and operational processes for consistency.
  • Govern release management for reliable enterprise deployments.
  • Direct administrative execution across complex programs and ensure coordination and documentation.
  • Establish portfolio schedules and align major initiatives with objectives.
  • Communicate clearly with executives, leaders and technical teams.
  • Balance scope, cost, risk and value across CTS initiatives.
  • Improve change management processes to support CTS execution.
  • Create CAB communication plans for stakeholder awareness.
  • Allocate resources across programs to maximize delivery.
  • Improve upgrade scheduling for large-scale device refreshes.
  • Ensure testing strategies reduce release risk across major initiatives.
  • Standardize documentation practices across CTS.
  • Lead multiple high‑complexity initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CTS service delivery and performance.

Job Purpose

The Senior CTS Project Manager leads complex, high‑impact initiatives across the CTS portfolio and governs project, change, and release management practices. The role requires advanced leadership, portfolio planning, and process improvement capability to align major initiatives with enterprise priorities. The Senior CTS Project Manager works with CTS leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to coordinate delivery across interrelated programs. This role typically reports to the Head of Corporate Systems and strengthens delivery standards across CTS.

Responsibilities
  • Monitors execution of approved change requests to confirm successful implementation and control outcomes.
  • Oversees vendor engagements and ensures contractual alignment with CTS priorities and business goals.
  • Standardizes and evolves project and operational processes across CTS to improve consistency and control.
  • Governs release management practices to ensure reliable, repeatable enterprise deployments.
  • Directs administrative execution across complex programs to ensure consistent coordination, documentation, and follow‑through.
  • Establishes portfolio schedules and adjusts priorities to align major initiatives with enterprise objectives.
  • Aligns executives, business leaders, and technical teams through clear communications that support enterprise decisions.
  • Optimizes portfolio investments by balancing scope, cost, risk, and operational value across CTS initiatives.
  • Develops and improves change management processes that support reliable CTS execution and governance.
  • Creates CAB communication plans that support consistent stakeholder awareness and change readiness.
  • Strategically allocates resources across programs to maximize delivery effectiveness and priority alignment.
  • Improves upgrade scheduling practices to support reliable, large‑scale device refresh execution.
  • Ensures testing strategies reduce release risk and support successful implementation across major initiatives.
  • Standardizes documentation practices to improve consistency, accessibility, and governance across CTS.
  • Leads multiple high‑complexity initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes across CTS.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance CTS service delivery and operational performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of software / licensing / patching concepts.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management or related field, 5‑7 years of IT experience and 2‑6 years of project management experience.
  • Proficient with ITIL Foundation and Agile / Scrum fundatmentals.
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred.
