Job summary

Titus Talent Strategies is seeking a Project Manager to own construction projects from start to finish, delivering them safely, on time, and within budget while supporting field teams and protecting client trust.

This role is primarily office-based with site visits as needed, involves weekly OAC meetings, coordinating subcontractors and internal teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients and leadership throughout all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and job site operations.

This role gives one person true responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects safely, on time, and on budget, while supporting field teams and protecting client trust. We're looking for a Project Manager who wants to own projects from start to finish and be proud of how they're built.

Role Snapshot

• Work Setting: Primarily office-based, with job site visits as needed
• Meetings: Weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings
• Project Load: Multiple projects at once, typically one large project alongside a smaller one
• Project Size: Varies, ideally $1M to $6M

What You'll Be Accountable For

As a Project Manager, you are the single point of accountability for your projects. That includes:

• Planning and executing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Building and managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on every job
• Identifying risks early and solving problems before they escape
• Managing change orders and cost impacts clearly and proactively
• Communicating clearly with clients, operations, and leadership
• Leading weekly OAC meetings and keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Hitting agreed-upon scorecard metrics for schedule, budget, and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and job site operations

Preferred

• PMP or CCM certification
• Experience working in an EOS-run organization

Physical & Work Environment

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing plans, preparing documentation, and managing project communications
• Regularly standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching while visiting active construction sites
• Climbing stairs, ladders, or scaffolding to access various work areas
• Lifting and carrying materials, tools, or equipment as needed for inspections or coordination
• Working in outdoor weather and active construction environments, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Operating a vehicle to travel between job sites, meetings, and office locations
