Responsibilities

• Direct in-house crews and subcontractors.
• Work directly with customers, bidding, and billing projects.
• Maintain relationships with owners, clients, government agencies, and trade associations.
• Ensure communication between estimators, engineers, project superintendents, and administrative staff.
• Attend project meetings with the owner.
• Set up correct budgets for each job.
• Approve invoices and expenses timely and accurately.
• Forecast project costs thoroughly and document monthly.
• Manage billing processes and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
• Coordinate resource scheduling with operations management.
• Ensure projects comply with storm water management, OSHA, and other regulations.
• Complete all project closeout paperwork timely.
• Must have map analysis, tower analysis, and basic CAD knowledge.

Remote Opportunity

Must reside in Eastern Time Zones.

Compensation

$70-$85k/year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably AT&T and Ericsson experience.
• Safety-conscious with a track record of high-quality work.
• Problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
• Long-term project interest.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of construction project experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Intermediate schedule management experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and vision.
• Ability to read blueprints and identify colors.
• Effective communicator with leadership.
• OSHA safety training.
