We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Fleet Risk Operations & Project Manager to support our consultancy team through expert-level project coordination, CRM system management, and billing operations. This role focuses on executing critical back-end functions that enable successful delivery of safety consulting services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and bring strong capabilities in workflow management, CRM optimization (HubSpot preferred), client billing, and internal process improvement.
This position is instrumental in supporting both revenue growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth operational execution behind the scenes.
You are a systems-oriented project manager with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence. You thrive behind the scenes, enabling the consultancy team to shine by ensuring smooth project flow, timely billing, and robust client communication. Your CRM expertise, process-minded approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities make you an essential part of the team.

Compensation Information
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $75,000
Maximum Pay Range: $80,000
