Job summary

Fairwood Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee interior upfit projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing retail, restaurant, and commercial interior renovation projects while delivering exceptional client service, maintaining schedules, and coordinating subcontractors.

This role requires leadership to manage multiple fast-paced projects, monitor budgets and procurement, and ensure safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing retail, restaurant, and tenant improvement/interior upfit projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, budgeting, and project financials.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
