Job summary

Lumicity in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the drywall sector to deliver projects on time and on budget. You will coordinate field activities and oversee the progression of 4-6 projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to schedules and contractual requirements.

The role requires a strong background in drywall project management, ability to read construction drawings and schedules, and at least 5 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working for a Drywall contractor.
• Experience managing commercial Drywall projects with value ranges up to $18M.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and projects.
• Schedules and structural specification sheets.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this or a similar role.

SALARY: $100,000-$125,000 per year + Bonus + Vehicle/Phone Allowance
