Job OverviewThe Project Manager will lead acquisition forecasting, tracking, and RFI/RFP/Market Survey assessments for the Chugach Multi Award Contract (MAC) Response Team. The candidate will provide creativity, leadership, management, technical, and professional direction for developing quality responses to task order opportunities. They will oversee the development of high-quality, compliant proposals by coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring timely, compelling responses. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are essential.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Job Functions:
- Oversees a diverse portfolio of contract vehicles (MACs, Seaport; SAM and other); manages these vehicles ensuring acquisition of Labor Categories, reporting compliance, and other contract/government required reports.
- Lead and advise cross-functional teams with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and technical estimates.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in maintaining MRT activity tracking of work in progress, including key milestones such as due dates, pricing/estimates, submission deadlines, white glove dates and amendment releases.
- Assist in daily monitoring of opportunities across MRT supported vehicles to review new RFQs/RFIs/RFPs that align with the company's capabilities.
- Provide internal notifications to capture and proposal teams of new relevant opportunities, providing key details and deadlines.
- Cultivate and strengthen key teaming relationships to ensure contract success and identify opportunities for organic account growth.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with other MRT team members, Program/Project Managers, and SMEs to identify, track, shape, pursue, and win GWAC task orders.
- Contributes to a safe work environment for all employees free from harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or discrimination.
- Communicates effectively, orally and in writing at all levels within a diverse organization.
- May assist and represent the MRT regarding ongoing ISO 9001 certification and/or CMMI appraisal activities; performs other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsMandatory:
- Proven track record of successful management with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in project management in an IT and/or engineering environment; and/or project management on a DoD and/or other federal Government contract or operation.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of government contracting terminologies and applications.
- Outstanding organizational skills to ensure an efficient operation.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Be willing to travel up to 10-15%.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
Preferred:- Knowledge of and experience with GWAC/MAC vehicles and proposal development.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position in support of the Chugach MRT team. The work may be performed in Charleston, SC or remotely. Travel can be up to fifteen percent of the time.
