Wendler Inc. is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to lead the successful execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects across the Midwest. This role manages projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule while meeting budget and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in civil construction or infrastructure.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing all phases of construction projects from handoff through final completion.
• Developing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasting strategies.
• Leading project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, billing, and change management.
• Building andmaintainingstrong relationshipsboth internally and externallywith owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks before theyimpacttheschedule or budget.
• Collaborating with operations and field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Reviewing contracts, specifications, and project documents to ensure scope and compliance requirements are met.
• Leading project meetings andmaintainingclear communication among all stakeholders.
• Supporting and promoting Wendler’s culture of Safety.

Wendler Inc. is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to lead the successful execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout the Midwest. This role is responsible for managing projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule, while meeting budget and exceeding client expectations.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction, infrastructure, utilities, concrete, earthwork, water/wastewater, or related markets.
• Strong understanding of projectfinancial management, scheduling,contracts, andconstructionoperationsandsequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities whilemaintainingattention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
