Project Manager: Atticus

What you will do in this role

In this role you will be responsible for projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently while meeting the project goals. You will create an accurate timeline, ensure tasks are finished on schedule, coordinate internal and external resources, and report to EVP Business Optimization, Systems & Finance. Organization and follow‑through are essential. You will keep stakeholders informed and manage integrated software‑based solutions such as ADO and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, keeping open lines of communication for project status and changes.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary, according to the project work plan.
• Create timely reports and/or presentations as required by management for each project.
• Manage integrated software‑based solutions such as ADO, Smartsheet, and others – managing multiple projects in the software with accuracy and timeliness.
• Exhibit adaptability and problem‑solving to keep control of projects.
• Evaluate project performance upon completion.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university in business or a related field.
• At least 5 years project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, proactive communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to work effectively across diverse and cross‑functional teams under critical timelines while maintaining business continuity.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, planning, time‑management, and prioritization skills to ensure stress management.
