Project Manager — Commercial General Contractor

Location: Indianapolis (Carmel), IN

Self‑perform concrete and carpentry. Their portfolio spans commercial office, industrial, and institutional work, typically $10M-$40M. The Role

Project Manager who can run the full life of a project and isn't afraid to be hands‑on. You'll estimate selectively, manage buyout, run owner meetings, and stay close to the field. This isn't a corporate PM seat where you're three layers removed from the work — you'll know every sub on your job by name. Small enough that your voice matters, big enough that the checks don't bounce.

What You Bring

5+ years of PM experience with a commercial GC

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — estimating, buyout, field coordination
• Experience with self‑perform work a major plus
• Ground‑up commercial experience preferred
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, not required
