Job summary

Lennar Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager to own schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination for IT projects in a fast-paced delivery environment.

The role emphasizes Lean and Agile practices, cross-team collaboration, and producing executive dashboards to enable informed decisions. 3+ years of PM experience is expected, with PMP/PMI-ACP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency logs.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with facilitation.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with GitHub Projects, LLMs, and other modern PM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule, milestone plan, and release calendar.

• Deliver projects across Lennar Technology Group with Product and Delivery teams.

Job description

• Own the project schedule, milestone plan, and release calendar, delivering on time and within scope
• Build and manage the project budget, tracking actuals against forecast
• Manage project capacity planning to ensure the right resources are allocated
• Track and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers
• Maintain the risk and issue log with clear mitigation actions
• Escalate blockers to program leadership with recommended actions
• Produce status reports and executive dashboards for leadership
• Facilitate status, steering, governance, change approval, go/no-go, stage-gate, kickoff, UAT coordination, risk review, and vendor sync meetings
• Capture meeting action items
• Apply Lean and Agile principles to drive delivery efficiency and continuous improvement
• Deliver individual projects across Lennar Technology Group in partnership with Product and Delivery teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency logs
• Working knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on facilitation and solution-oriented meetings
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred but not required
• Experience with GitHub Projects, LLMs, and other modern project management tools a plus
• Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs
• Finger dexterity is necessary
