Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. in California seeks a seasoned delivery/governance Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP Concur Travel & Expense rollouts across multiple entities and ERP ecosystems.

Lead Waterfall planning, coordinate cross-functional rollout activities, and manage US/UK stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to policy and card program requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a delivery/governance Project Manager leading enterprise software rollouts.
• Proficiency in leading SAP Concur Travel & Expense rollouts, including corporate card and travel policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and delivery of a multi-entity SAP Concur Travel & Expense rollout.
• Build and manage a detailed Waterfall project plan to meet an aggressive year-end timeline.
• Coordinate rollout activities across travel, expense management, and purchasing card workstreams.
• Manage integration requirements across multiple entity-level ERP systems.
• Coordinate with identity/provisioning workflows to support new user onboarding.
• Track progress, catch missed tasks, and manage cross-functional stakeholders across US and UK teams.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience as a delivery/governance Project Manager leading enterprise software rollouts.
• Proficiency in leading SAP Concur Travel & Expense rollouts, including corporate card and travel policy implementation.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-ERP environments, ideally within M&A or post-merger integration contexts.
• Experience managing international rollouts and change management across US and UK entities.
• Experience building detailed Waterfall project plans and managing aggressive, fixed-deadline timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
