Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations in the Orange County/Inland Empire area. This salaried role may involve day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive oversight of cleaning crews and service delivery.

The Project Manager will orchestrate cleaning service execution, uphold performance standards, and work closely with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience, showcasing leadership and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Company Car will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and accounts in the Orange County/Inland Empire area.
• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining operational readiness.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software and technology; collaborate with the customer to guarantee timely completion of cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Adhere to facility and company security and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Undertaking additional tasks and administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the operations.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of cleaning services, ensuring that our standards of excellence are consistently met.
