Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in El Mirage, AZ. This full-time role requires supervision of field crews and coordination across multiple sites, with a company-provided vehicle for site visits.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, tracking hours and pay, and collaboration with branch managers to ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding safety rules.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Driver's license with good driving record required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver's License and good driving record

Salary $53,000 Depending on experience
