Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee daily janitorial operations in the East Valley area, Phoenix, AZ. The role involves supervising field cleaning crews, performing site visits, and ensuring quality standards while coordinating with branch managers.

Schedule is Day shift, Monday to Friday with some weekends, and work is in-person. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and more. Salary is $52,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• MUST be bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Driver’s License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Conduct multiple site visits per day in company vehicle for quality assurance.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete daily cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Observe and enforce facility and company safety rules.
• Handle other tasks and administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per day in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record
