CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager for our janitorial operations in the Atchison, KS area.

This is a salaried position that may require days, nights, and/or weekend oversight of our cleaning crews.

Qualifications:

• Past supervisory experience
• Driver’s License and a good driving record

This Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews
• Hands-on training
• Managing and ordering inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with customers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Performing other tasks and administrative duties
