Senior Project Manager, Innovation & Software Delivery
Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead software development and innovation initiatives in an enterprise environment. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage projects from inception through delivery, and bridge communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives. The ideal candidate does not need to be deeply technical, but must understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and have proven experience managing development teams. You should also be adept at leveraging modern AI tools to enhance project planning, documentation, analysis, and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Drive software development and enterprise innovation initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Planning & Execution: Manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
