Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are representing a contract opportunity for a Project Manager supporting an active construction and industrial project in Orange County, California. This position plays a critical role in coordinating onsite execution, maintaining schedule and quality standards, and supporting safe delivery across a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk throughout the assignment.
• Monitor construction progress, hold regular status meetings with contractors and sub-teams, and complete periodic site inspections.
• Serve as the main interface with subcontractors while providing onsite leadership, guidance, and issue resolution support.
• Prepare and present progress reporting, executive summaries, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required

• B.S. degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience with commercial construction means and methods, including office and industrial manufacturing projects and new construction in a complex environment.
• Experience in construction supervision and/or management, with industrial construction experience in manufacturing facilities, including large move and relocation of such facilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
• Must be able to work onsite daily in Orange County, CA and must be a U.S. Person due to export compliance.
