Job summary

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project budgets, and schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are required.
• Valid driver3s license and ability to travel between project sites in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple renovation and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and material deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Prepare estimates, change orders, and project cost updates.
• Communicate directly with clients, facility managers, and building representatives.
• Identify potential construction conflicts and develop practical solutions.

• Manage daily project activities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

EJR Management is a growing construction and renovation company serving commercial and residential facilities throughout the DMV area. We specialize in renovations, facility improvements, and construction projects in occupied environments where quality, communication, and scheduling are critical.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. We need someone who understands construction in the field, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knows how to keep subcontractors, schedules, and budgets under control.

This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk-only project management role.
