Job summary

EJR Management, a growing construction and renovation company serving the DMV area, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to own projects from start to finish. This on-site/field-based role requires coordinating crews, budgets, and schedules while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in commercial renovations and facility improvements.
• Practical field experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project budgets, and schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are required.
• Valid driver3s license and ability to travel between project sites in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple renovation and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and material deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Prepare estimates, change orders, and project cost updates.
• Communicate directly with clients, facility managers, and building representatives.
• Identify potential construction conflicts and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to EJR's quality standards.
• Manage daily project activities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
