Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for cosmetic product development, from concept to market release.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to meet project milestones on time and within budget.
3. Oversee vendors and CROs, ensuring their performance and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
4. Conduct risk assessments for cosmetic projects, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing mitigation strategies.
