As CaliberMind continues to grow, we will be scaling our Client Success team! As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving successful project outcomes. We will be looking for a highly organized and proactive B2B SaaS Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Base Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 (based on experience) + bonus
Locations: Greater Denver or remote locations
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage the entire portfolio of projects within Salesforce.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure the effective execution of projects.
- Lead kickoff meetings and regular status updates with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, customer success, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Ensure client onboarding and training are conducted effectively, facilitating smooth adoption of our SaaS platform.
- Document project requirements, deliverables, and outcomes thoroughly to ensure a clear understanding of the project's objectives.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
- Provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and any issues that may arise.
- Update Salesforce with customer and project information, as well as their status.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS concepts and technologies.
- Experience in Marketing Technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
