We expect every member of the team to be passionate and dedicated, and to approach every project with the same sense of ownership and purpose as the departments the project is serving.
In this role, you will act as a Project Manager and manage mission-critical projects that advance our organizational goals — implementing new business technologies, designing and improving process workflows, and managing large-scale organizational processes. You will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of assigned projects: ensuring projects are completed effectively, resources are managed and supported, updates are delivered clearly and on time, and post-rollout activity and feedback are monitored to ensure seamless adoption and sustained success. For each of your assigned projects, you will also lead the internal communication, documentation, and training efforts that make that adoption stick.

This role provides significant exposure to the WS organization and senior leadership, as well as to a breadth of projects and company initiatives.
