We are looking for a highly motivated project manager specializing in the residential market. We are a leading firm in Boston's high-end custom restorations and renovations. What You Will Be Doing

• Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects.
• Identification and management of the project and safety risks.
• Development of the scope and estimate of the project through collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
• Specification of all the relevant industry standards required for the design and construction of the facility.
• Identification and the application for all the relevant permits that will be required for the construction and commissioning of the facility.
• Embedment of a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors, and workers on site.
