Highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple, competing requests in a fast-paced Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Dynamic Workflows: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple, competing requests in a fast-moving MA&D environment.
Maintain Composure Under Pressure: Navigate high-stress scenarios with calm professionalism, ensuring clear communication and focused problem-solving.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those in challenging or high-pressure interactions.
Infrastructure Expertise: Leverage a solid understanding of infrastructure systems and data flows to address technical challenges and enable smooth transitions.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted mediator to resolve conflicts and competing priorities, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Proactive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows and processes to better meet the demands of the program.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis to anticipate needs, inform decisions, and track progress toward key milestones.
