Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage land development projects from concept to completion

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and municipalities to ensure project success

Prepare and review engineering plans, site layouts, grading, and stormwater management

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software for design and analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in land development, site development, or infrastructure projects

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Strong knowledge of hydrology, grading, stormwater management, and roadway design

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation: up to $150k salary + full benefits package
