Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems deployments. You will lead on-site ESS installations, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of verifiable project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Professional experience in systems administration.
• Three years of overall experience in Windows client and server OS.
• Certifications, or ability to obtain Hirsch, Bosch BVMS, and Bosch IDS.
• Experience with Commend, Aiphone, Inovonics and networks.
• Experience as a PM for ESS projects and managing clients, finances, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management on a customer site for an ESS installation project.
• Meet or exceed client project execution requirements through resource allocation and adherence to quality, budget, and schedule parameters.
• Manage internal resources and subcontractors.
• Verify installation and deliverable quality.
• Evaluate subcontracted task completion and equipment/material compliance.
• Validate invoices, negotiate costs, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure contractual compliance for installation activities, deliverables, and schedules.
• Manage and document project equipment and material inventory.
• Follow internal project management procedures, including revenue forecasting and estimate at completion.
• Ensure safe project execution according to Versar's safety requirements.
• Meet with and report weekly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, control, and report cost, schedule, and performance as the senior subject matter expert.

• Public Trust clearance requirements
• US Citizenship required
• Preferred: minimum five years of experience with electronic security systems, including hands-on installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control Systems, and Video Management Systems
