This in‑field role requires strong scheduling, on‑site presence, BIM coordination, and proactive problem solving to keep multi‑million dollar projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations on large construction projects.
• Experience with BIM/coordination processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Preferred: data center construction project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Support and collaborate closely with trade foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination.
• Coordinate with general contractor and owners’ representatives.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule to meet milestones.
• Forecast and manage on-site labor needs with foreman.
• Monitor fabrication schedules as needed.
• Participate in BIM/coordination process management.
• Maintain professional communication with team members and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams across departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend project meetings, including pull-planning sessions.
• Be present on active job sites during construction activities.
• Provide effective problem-solving support as issues arise.

Project Manager

Role Overview

This Project Manager role will holdresponsibility for overseeing field operations on large construction projects. This in‑field role ensures work progresses safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day field operations on assigned projects.
• Support and collaborate closely with trade foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination.
• Communicate and coordinate with the general contractor and owners’ representatives.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule to meet milestone and completion requirements.
• Forecast and manage on‑site labor needs in partnership with the trade foreman.
• Monitor and manage fabrication schedules as needed.
• Participate in and help manage the BIM/coordination process.
• Maintain professional communication with team members and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams across various departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend project meetings, including pull‑planning sessions.
• Be present on active job sites during construction activities and critical project phases.
• Provide effective problem‑solving support as issues arise.
