Job summary

Jobtailor in New York's Armonk area is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and develop detailed project plans, with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.

This role requires 4-6 years PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work on site with hands-on safety awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project management in construction, real estate, or building infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of MEP, Communication Networks, and other Infrastructure projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
