Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing and coordinating work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development to close-out)
  • Managing all aspects of small to medium projects or routine large projects
  • Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently
  • Establishing and maintaining client relations, and participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  • Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders
  • Coordinating staffing and workload, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Tracking financial aspects and adjusting work efforts to stay within budget and schedule
  • Collaborating with finance, operations, and business leadership for project reviews
  • Implementing QA/QC procedures
  • Performing other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED
  • PMP certification
  • Preference for local candidates

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 7 years related experience
  • At least 2 years project management experience
  • Registered Architect
  • Ability to lead project teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Strong planning and mentoring skills
