The Real Estate Services (RES) division supports NYC's government operations by managing 37 million sq ft of space, handling citywide acquisitions, sales, dispositions of real estate, architectural design, project management, zoning, land use, property valuation, and financial analysis.
The Design & Project Management (D&PM) Unit provides project management and design expertise for space renovation and development, translating operational needs into functional spaces that support agency missions and workforce.
We seek to hire a Project Manager (Administrative Space Analyst, NM) capable of managing leased space projects, developing and supervising plans, designs, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with codes, industry standards, and city regulations. The role involves project contract and administrative duties, including reviewing Term Sheets and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Experience in architectural programming, design, and construction administration is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
