Job summary

Renewyx — Energy and Infrastructure Talent Partner is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a significant build in Monterey, CA. You will own projects end-to-end, drive scheduling, manage subcontractors, and keep costs and contracts on track from day one.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of direct delivery experience, cross-trade knowledge, and the ability to hit the ground running on a live project in Monterey. The position is permanent and full-time with a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on construction project delivery experience.
• Cross-trade knowledge across civils, MEP and related trades.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, contracts, and cost control skills.
• Understanding of project accounting and financial controls.

We have partnered with a well-established construction contractor to bring on a Construction Project Manager.

This is hands-on project delivery from day one. You'll lead a significant build in Monterey, CA.

The role

Own projects end-to-end. You'll drive scheduling, manage subcontractors across trades, hold the line on cost and contracts, and coordinate across design and delivery teams. No hand-holding — this role needs someone who gets things built.

What you'll bring
