Job Description:

• Acquire knowledge of the new vital records database management system.
• Respond to incoming calls, online, and email requests for assistance with the vital records database management system.
• Provide training support to hospitals, funeral homes, coroner's offices, and nursing homes on the use of the vital records database system.
• Offer technical support to Vital Records staff related to the system, data modernization, and interoperability projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of enhanced Vital Records processes and data transfer to state and federal partners.
• Assist external and internal stakeholders in learning and using the new vital records data management system.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues involved in data collection, management, and development to support the agency’s data modernization goals.
