Job summary

Americare Careers is seeking a Project Management Specialist to provide high-level administrative support, conduct research, and co-develop program initiatives including performance improvement. You will oversee Reception, Medical Records, and PPE departments, ensuring staffing, training, metrics, and formal staff evaluations.

Supervision and performance recommendations for team members are part of the role.

Job Description

The Position: Project Management Specialist

The Project Manager provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, and co-developing and implementing program initiatives, including performance improvement. They also handle information requests and perform other support functions like preparing correspondence and receiving visitors. The role includes overseeing the Reception, Medical Records, and PPE departments to ensure staffing, staff training, metric tracking, and the completion of all staff evaluations. The Project Manager is also responsible for on-the-job supervision and performance evaluations, recommending advancement, retention, or termination for employees under their supervision.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience preferably in customer service, personnel placement or home care environment.
