The Project Manager willbe responsible forthe planning, development, and overall performance and growth of several healthcare projects. They willdemonstrateand commit to standard project management methods and techniques to support delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with our corporate vision.
Position on site Monday-Friday. PMP Certification preferred, Medicare Health Plan experience required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to complaints, grievances and appeals in a consistent fashion, adhering to all regulatory, accreditation and internal processing timelines and guidelines.
- Leads multiple healthcare projects simultaneously,maintainingclear direction and oversight on project progress
- Identifiesneeds and defines major tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel
- Establishes project quality standards,monitorsproject status, andmaintainsproject plans on schedule
- Educates providers,staffand/or members on health initiatives
- Possess general knowledge of data analytics and reporting requirements
- Supports company philosophies,objectives, decisions, and policies. Must abide to all HIPAA, Confidentiality and Privacy laws.
- Analyzes technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Partners with various internal departments toassistinidentifyingopportunities to improve business processes and growth.
- Collaborates with team to drive quality and revenue growth through business development and community outreach efforts.
- Conducts routine meetings with the staff anddocumentstopicsdiscussed,action plans and staff feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- 5 or more years of relevant experience strongly desired
- Proventrack recordin implementation of system-wide projects,as well as,experience implementing multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously
- Previousexperience in managed care preferred
- Effective planning, forecasting, tracking, and monitoring capabilities
- Microsoft Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio) experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
- Provenproficiency workingin a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, timemanagementand scheduling competencies
- Proactive problem-solver and critical thinker
- Demonstrated ability in risk management skills associated with assessing projects

The work schedule is approximate, and hours/days may change based on company needs. All full-time employeesare required tocomplete forty (40) hours per week as scheduled, including weekends and holidays as needed. May require some OT during varying seasons of the year.
