Job summary

FutureJobHub is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will develop and manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and quality controls, conduct site visits, coordinate with customers, estimators, contractors, and internal teams, and handle change orders and closeouts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Working knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work on active/damaged job sites.
• No felony convictions on background check.
• WI Dwelling Contractor license and OSHA 30 preferred/required as applicable
