Job summary

NWU in San Jose, CA seeks a student or recent graduate to support the Project Management team. You will assist in design analysis, review technical requirements, track schedules and budgets, and coordinate payments with finance systems.

As a liaison between REF and internal and external partners, you will help resolve bottlenecks and maintain real-time project dashboards, status updates, and risk logs. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support the Project Management team in design analysis and technical review to ensure project requirements meet company standards.
• Assist in tracking project schedules and monitoring budgets for timely delivery and financial accountability.
• Coordinate the payment process, including reviewing invoices, tracking change orders, and reconciling costs with finance systems.
• Act as a liaison between Real Estate & Facilities (REF) and internal stakeholders (CS, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, Finance) and external partners (Architects, General Contractors) to ensure project alignment and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain project dashboards and logs to provide real-time updates on project status, risks, and contingencies.
