Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in

numbers, data analysis, and executive-level presentations to support the

Office of the CIO. This role will work closely with the Chief of Staff to

provide actionable insights, data-driven recommendations, and clear

communication that drives strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced

environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has exceptional

technical and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring technology program portfolios, tracking production growth, financial results, and IT project delivery metrics.
  • Support preparation of portfolio reports, dashboards, and presentations for CIO leadership, senior stakeholders, and MGAs (Managing General Agents)
  • Help coordinate cross-functional teams (actuarial, underwriting, reinsurance, IT development) to ensure program alignment with risk appetite and technology roadmap.
  • Conduct basic risk analysis for tech initiatives, identify early warning signs, and escalation issues related to reinsurance structures or IT governance.
Analysis, Presentations & Insights
  • Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights on portfolio performance, trends, and opportunities using Excel, BI tools, and portfolio software.
  • Create compelling presentations and visualizations for executive reviews, highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommendations.
CIO Office Support
  • Support CIO town halls with materials preparation, logistics, and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis requests from CIO leadership, delivering timely insights and reports.
  • Assist with event coordination for technology roadshows, stakeholder meetings, and internal/external events.
Additional Duties
  • Maintain program documentation, including business plans, renewal strategies, technology roadmaps, and performance metrics.
  • Support resource allocation decisions, prioritization of IT initiatives, and portfolio governance within the CIO Office.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field
  • Required Experience: 1-3 years in junior program/project management (IT project support, program coordination, or PMO processes); internships count.
Core Skills

  • Progress toward CPCU, ARM, PMP, or similar insurance/IT designation.
