Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring technology program portfolios, tracking production growth, financial results, and IT project delivery metrics.
• Support preparation of portfolio reports, dashboards, and presentations for CIO leadership, senior stakeholders, and MGAs.
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams (actuarial, underwriting, reinsurance, IT development) to ensure program alignment with risk appetite and technology roadmap.
• Conduct basic risk analysis for tech initiatives, identify early warning signs, and escalation issues related to IT governance.
